The Chase Scene

There are many things I have leaned while working on this project. Teamwork is very important and is key when working on a group project. Before working on a storyboard, you must discuss everyone's ideas and which ones would work the best. You must be thinking about difficulty, length, props, and if it would work with the shots like XCU and WS. When directing the shots, everyone must have a say in whether a shot should be redone or filmed as a different kind of shot.
There are a few things that I learned that I will apply to my next project, such as paying attention to movement during a shot. Even if you position it correctly, the person can move around during the shot and make it a different kind of shot. For example, a close up can turn into just the top of the head if the person is looking down. The collaboration in this project was different from the last two projects because there were many more people with more thoughts and ideas. Everyone played a crucial role and it turned out to be a better video than the last two because everyone had an input in it.
I could improve my collaboration in the next project by pointing out something that might need to be filmed again instead of only agreeing every time. I could also be more patient with people and think about how much time we have to do a project- not just rush. Overall, I believe this project was successful and there are many things I have learned from it.
